Thank you for shopping with Sayinisms™! We appreciate your support and strive to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible.

Order Processing

Many of our products are made to order, meaning they are created specifically for you after your purchase is placed.

Most orders are processed within 2–7 business days before shipping.

During holidays, sales events, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been produced, estimated shipping times are:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • Canada: 7–14 business days
  • International: 10–30 business days (where available)

These are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.

Multiple Shipments

Because our products may be produced at different facilities, your order may arrive in multiple packages on different days.

This is completely normal, and you will receive tracking information for each shipment whenever available.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package size, and shipping method selected.

Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions or discounted shipping during special events.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information, when available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

If an incorrect address is entered and the order has not yet entered production, we will do our best to update it.

Once an order has been produced or shipped, we may be unable to make changes.

Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be reshipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

If your package appears lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first.

If you still need assistance, contact us and we'll do our best to help resolve the issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and packaging

We'll work quickly to replace the item or provide an appropriate resolution.

Returns

Because many of our products are custom-made specifically for each order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Changing your mind
  • Incorrect color or style selection made during checkout
